Submitting a registration request does not itself constitute a ticket purchase.
Information submitted through registration forms may be reviewed by Speed Puzzle Limited for the purpose of administering event registration, allocating available places and communicating registration outcomes.
Where you provide information about another person, for example when registering a Pair or Team, you should ensure that you have their permission to provide their information to us.
Certain competition information may become public as part of participation in SPWS. This may include a competitor's name, country represented, competition division, finishing time, ranking, results and other competition statistics.
Competition results will be retained and published as part of the historical sporting record of SPWS.
6. Payment Processing - Stripe
Payments are processed using Stripe.
When you make a payment, Stripe may collect and process information including your name, email address, billing information, payment method details, transaction information, IP address and other information necessary to process and secure the transaction.
Speed Puzzle Limited does not need to receive or store your complete payment card details in order to process your payment. Payment information is handled by Stripe through its payment infrastructure.
Stripe may act as a data processor/service provider on behalf of Speed Puzzle Limited for certain activities and as an independent data controller for certain activities carried out for Stripe's own purposes, such as fraud prevention and compliance with financial and legal obligations.

SPWS permits participation by eligible competitors under the age of 18.
